PAYMENT
We accept the following debit and credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. You can choose to pay either with your credit card via Stripe or with a PayPal account.
PURCHASE
In order to purchase items at nosetotail.se you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your order has been processed you will receive confirmation that your parcel is on its way.
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
No matter where you are we can deliver directly to your door. We ship all orders using Royal Mail 1st class, delivery times vary depending on your location. The delivery guidelines below are approximations and not a guarantee of delivery within the stated time:
UK: 3–5 working days Prints to UK: 7–10 days Europe: 10-14 working days Rest of world: 14-18 working days

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do hope that you are very happy with what you receive. If you are not and wish to return your order, please contact us by email with your order number and the reason for returning. Please contact us at hello@nosetotail.se before sending back the item, and we will provide you with directions for return. Please note that expense for the return shipment is paid by you.
You must return the order to us, in its original condition, within 28 days in order to get an exchange or refund. Any faulty items must be reported within 3 days of receipt and returned to us before a replacement or refund is provided. When we have received the item and approved the return we will transfer the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
If you do send items back then please remember to keep your post office receipt as a documentation that the goods have been sent.
COLOURS
We cannot guarantee that colours in the website are fully equivalent to the items’ actual colors. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

When you sign up for our newsletter you will receive information about new products, special offers, events etc. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our email.

The content on this website is protected by intellectual property rights and belong to Veronika Danielsson. Any material on the website, including images, designs and graphics, may not be reproduced, and it may not be used commercially without referring to Veronika Danielsson.
SECURITY
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Stripe and Paypal have access to your data. It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.
PRIVACY POLICY
Shopping at nosetotail.se requires the following information from you, as a minimum: Name, Address, Telephone number & E-mail address. nosetotail.se only records this information with a view to delivering the items you order and to offer you the best possible shopping experience. Please note: We do not store personal payment information such as card numbers etc., and none of the information we receive from you will be shared with any third parties.
